2) Packaging, shipping and delivery costs are covered by the BUYER. The shipping fee is 0,00 $ and the shipping price is added to the total amount of the order. It is not included in the product price. The delivery will be delivered by hand at the above-mentioned address of the BUYER, through the contracted cargo company. Even if the BUYER is not present at the time of delivery, our company will be deemed to have fulfilled its action completely and completely. For this reason, the SELLER is not responsible for the damages and expenses caused by the BUYER's late delivery of the product and / or not receiving it at all. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the contractual product in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
3) The product will be delivered within 30 days from the date of the contract. Until the delivery of the product, all responsibility belongs to the SELLER.
4) The consumer has the right to withdraw from this Distance Sales Contract within 14 (fourteen) days without any justification and without paying penalty. The period of right of withdrawal is the day the contract is established in contracts regarding service performance; In the contracts for the delivery of goods, it starts on the day the consumer or the third party determined by the consumer receives the goods. However, the consumer can use his right of withdrawal within the period from the conclusion of the contract to the delivery of the goods. In determining the period of right of withdrawal;

The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:
a) Contracts for goods or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the SELLER or the provider.
b) Contracts for goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs. (Personalized products)
c) Contracts for the delivery of perishable or expired goods.
ç) Of the goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after delivery; Contracts for the delivery of those whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene.
d) Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature.
e) Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables provided in the material environment if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after the delivery of the goods.
f) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under the subscription agreement.
g) Contracts for the use of leisure time for accommodation, moving furniture, car rental, food and beverage supply and entertainment or recreation, which should be made on a specific date or period.
- Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
- Contracts for services started with the consent of the consumer before the right of withdrawal expires.

7) In the implementation of this Preliminary Information Form, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts in the place where the Buyer purchases the Goods or the Service and the place of residence are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Commerce. District / provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized for consumer demands in line with the lower and upper limits specified in paragraph 1 of Article 68 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No 6502 and their details are explained below.
The value of the applications to be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees for 2021 in accordance with the "Communiqué on Increasing the Monetary Limits in the 6th Articles of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumer and Consumer Arbitration Committees";
a) District Consumer Arbitration Committees in disputes under 7.550 (seven thousand five hundred and fifty) Turkish Lira,

c) Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees in disputes under 11.330 (eleven thousand three hundred and thirty) Turkish Liras in the centers of provinces that are not in metropolitan status,
ç) Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees in disputes between 7.550 (seven thousand five hundred and fifty) Turkish Lira and 11.330 (eleven thousand three hundred and thirty) Turkish Lira in districts of provinces that are not in metropolitan status,
d) In the case of disputes with a value above 11.330,00 TL. (Eleven thousand three hundred thirty TL), the Consumer Courts
will be in charge.
8) Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Contract are a preliminary protocol for the products whose sales are expected to be completed with official transactions to be carried out before the official authorities in accordance with the relevant legislation. The total price and payment method of these products will be specified in the relevant Campaign Terms and / or Product Descriptions, and this price does not include the costs incurred during the completion of the official transactions for the sale. The said expenses will be paid by the CONSUMER during the execution of official transactions. These sales will be deemed to have been completed with the payment of the total price to the SELLER by the CONSUMER and fulfillment of official procedures before the official authorities.
